Business Productivity with Physical Awareness

What is it today? Hurry to get out the door? Too many things on the “To Do” list? When do you take the time to let things be? What are you really after anyway? Taking the time to check in and be mindfully present is all about the Being, yes, your physical body. Checking in to see what is really important may surprise you. All of these runnings and doings may be important. Are they really nourishing you being? There are specific techniques (practices) to live in the moment, letting go of the constant stream of events, both forwards (mental projections, worries) and backwards (regrets, emotions & unfinished business). If the backwards are to strong then there may be something I haven’t fully forgiven and the residue is still working me. For the future, I’ll ask myself why my “current” in not enough. I say “current” because this is the energetic level I am functioning at. Is my “current” enough to power me through the day or do I need more “current” and what am I going to do about it? For me, the current is all about levels of energy. Having a quick exercise for energy will be much different than another cup of joe. Your body will be energized naturally with more oxygen, supporting and sustaining your dynamic functioning.

Staying “current” has many components like; staying mindfully present, keeping your forgiveness up to date, altering projectionism and emotionalism. I like to look at my forgiveness as a good bellwether about my physical attitude. Physical attitude is much different than the common positive mental attitude (PMA). What is most important is to look at how a person is engaged in the body: resilience, relaxed muscle tone, variable vocal articulation with regard to tone, pitch and timbre, energy and ability to be fully at rest. Physical attitude totally serves the PMA in the sense of how you feel with regards to your body. “ On a scale of 1-10, what’s your relationship with your body?” 10 being the best where you are in tune, have energy to spare, are at ease being in the body and how well you feel connected with your body.
